Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I was suppose to get off probation next month which was for an MIP, but today i got pulled over and searched and found a unopen fifth and k2 and a k2 bowl and i got charged with possession under 21 purchase/consume/possessing liquor in M/V: Possession of narcotic paraphernalia used to smoke M/J and K2: and Obstructed vision. Is there anyway to try and have this dropped? and if not what would be my consequences of violating probation like that? and I live in Michigan and looked at the laws and everything on "k2" and the bag i had in my car didn't contain one of the ingredients on the schedule 1 narcotics list? so can it be dropped? HELP PLEASE! STRESSED OUT!

You need to hire your defense attorney ASAP. Violating probation with a new set of charges is very serious and jail is a likelihood on either. You probably can avoid the most serious sentences by getting into substance abuse treatment as this is obviously a problem for you. Tim Klisz kliszlaw.com
