Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Supposed to contact probation office with in 48 hours to set up appointment and the office is closed due to holidays am I in trouble?

If the 48 hours falls within the holiday you should be ok. I would call and leave a message on their voice mail however, to show you made the effort.
