Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Taking money
I have been questioned in a case dealing with stealing. I took 40 dollars from a roomates bank account, using her ATM card. At the time I was looking out for myself and because she owed me money. I have not been charged yet but I think it will be coming soon. what should I do and what should I expect getting in a court of law in michigan?

Re: Taking money
The first and most important thing you should do is to retain an experienced and competent attorney. The second thing you should do is quit talking to cops without benefit of an attorney. The third thing you should do is quit putting your confession on the internet for the whole world to see.
