Im being investigated by the local county police on accucations that I left obscene messagaes on an ex-girlfreinds answering machine the thing is that I really did 2 yrs ago and they are assuming it's me again and this time I really didn't do it I have an alabi that checked out and at the time the calls were made i was with that person and she told police she didn't see me on the phone. so my question is should i still speak with police they said they may be back tonight? and also couldn't the police check somekind of police database and find out who made the calls?

We believe it is best to not speak with the cops unless you have an attorney present.
