Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Testify
My daughter was handed subpoena papers for myself when i was out. I am not from the state they want me to appear in(michigan). I do not have a license,my kids are in school, and i have no way of getting there. What do i do?

You're not obligated to do anything because
1. Michigan has no jurisdiction over you.
2. You were not personally served.
