Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Testify
I may be subpeoned to testify against my husband for Domestic Assault III. I do not feel comfortable testifying. When subpeoned and put on the stand do I have to testify against my husband or can i say that I choose not to testify? How can i get out of it?
