theft of fuel
I was caught stealing fuel from a gas station, i have no prior offences. I have a completely clean record. What are the odds i will have to serve time?

It is not likely that a first offender would serve time. An experienced and aggressive attorney might be able to prevent this from appearing on your public criminal record.
