ticket for not adhering to site plan

I have a used car lot and I received a misdemenor ticket for having more cars on my lot than states on my site plan. I have since gave a new site plan to the city,(which that have not as of yet approved). Can they judge arrest me when I go for arrainment?

Re: ticket for not adhering to site plan

Not unless you have a bench warrant for other outstanding charges. The purpose of arraignment is to inform you of the nature of the charges, enter a plea and set bond. While a judge does have the option of setting a bond so high that you wouldn't be able to post it, that is very unlikely considering the nature of the offense. You will likely be released on personal recognizance.
