Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
first time offenders
i was given a first time offenders deal (7411) is all i know eight years ago and it is still on my record for law eyes only. How do i get it removed completely as i have fulfilled all of my deal requirements. The conviction was attempted possession of a controlled substance.

7411 always remains a private record so that you can't use it twice. However, it is not a conviction and never needs to be reported as one.
