Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Trespassing
My 17 year old son got a trespassing ticket in Ionia, mi for being on property near a river where he was going to swim. Has to show up in court and plead. Do we need a lawyer and what are the possible outcomes of this court date. He's never been in trouble, all A student going to college.
