im wonder how to turn a felony into a misdermeanor
my daughter was charged to 3 years in jail and now has felonies on her record i was wondering how i could go about getting them changed to a lesser offense---sincerely, MRS. TYLER ---THANKS

Did she plea guilty to 3 felonies? If so, there is nothing to do. The cases are over and you can only expunge one crime in Michigan if you only have 1. Visit www.kliszlaw.com for more information. Tim Klisz
