Type Your Question Here...I have a CCW,and two misdemeanors from 20years ago, did 2 years probation, under the new laws can I get it expunged?

Provided that enough time has elapsed, you may be eligible. Keep in mind that any "conviction" that resulted in a diversion sentencing like 7411 for drug use or drug possession, MIP deferrals, and Holmes Youthful Trainee Act (HYTA) count as misdemeanors for purposes of expungement eligibility. I would suggest getting a copy of your Michigan IChat and having a consultation with a criminal defense lawyer that has a proven track record of successful expungements. You want to make sure it's done right because if it's denied you can't petition again for another three years.
