Nothing. Unless after you were in custody the police questioned you about the crime you were arrested for. Miranda rights ("You have the right to remain silent, etc.") have nothing to do with whether you can challenge why you were arrested or charged. Miranda rights are connected to whether a statement you make while in custody can be challenged.
