If the "hold" is for a criminal case arrest warrant, there's probably nothing you can do. The warrant commands that he be brought to the Wayne County courts to be heard on the warrant.

It's doubtful that you can even find out from the Wayne County Court what the "hold" is even for. Courts usually don't tell the inquiring public that "Joe Doe has an arrest warrant from our court for Home Invasion", or "Joe Doe has a warrant for a probation violation". There's a risk to the public when that info is released, because the defendant might get wind of it and flee.

Re: Can U Help Me

If your fiend is doing time for attempted larceny from a MV, he has a prior record - probably an extensive one.

He also jumped bond in Wayne for failing to appear on some other unknown charge. For your purpose, the kind of charge doesn't really matter.

Once he gets out of the OCJ, he's going right to the WCJ and then probably to the 36th DC and then right back to jail until he resolves his troubles there - which will usually result in more jail or prison given his priors.

This is the long way of saying he won't be helping his pregnant girlfriend anytime soon.

There isn't anyting you can do about it unless you can post what will be a very high bond for him at his FTA arraignment.

But if you post bond and he absconds, you lose big time. Better use whatever $$ you have to help the girlfriend - which itself is not a very sane idea and may result in your learning that "No good deed goes unpunished".
