unarmed robbery

My husband just got out of jail for retail fraud 2nd time and he just got aressted again for unarmed robbery and he was charged with assuting a police officer when he didn't even touch him so what do you think will happen.

When you do the things you've always done , you'll usually get the same results - only this time he really needs a lawyer because he's looking at prison (not just jail) time.

You don't have to touch someone to be accused of assault - that's called battery.
