Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Urinating in public

i was cought urinating in public after leaving the bar in downtown howell michigan. i blew a .16, was only citied for urinating. this is my first offence. however, my record is not the greatest. involving prior drinking offences. i would like some advice on what can happen. fines, jail time, probation etc. i also was informed that because this occured in downtown. the prosecutor doesnt work with this particular case. is this true if so how does that work. i would also like to know can this all really depend on what judge i get?

It is POSSIBLE that you could end up on the Sex Offender Registry if you are convicted of this charge. I STRONGLY recommend that you hire an experiened lawyer to help you through this problem.
