Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I have a uttering and publishing charge in Michigan (Detroit) from the AG District Attorney. Regarding a 2011 football game in which I sold someone 2 tickets for $400 dollars. I sold them not knowing they were invalid tickets. I turned my self in Feb. of 2016 when I found out I had a warrant. I live in NY and have been going back and forth to court and have yet to get any offer besides the felony they are charging me with. I feel that's unacceptable seeing how I only have misdemeanors on my record. I'm looking for help in this regard.

Do you have an attorney? If not, you need to get one now! If there are no diversion or similar programs available, you may be able to petition the judge for a delayed sentence which could result in a reduction or dismissal.
