I have been charged with U&P Supp 4. It is alleged that I changed a $28 check to $128 check. I have already paid the restitution in the case and Court Services has bonded me out on tether to seek drug rehab. The Prosecutor has offered a plea to U&P Supp 3 or U&P 0 Supps and Identity Theft 0 Supps. I feel that these offers do very little to encourage me to take a plea. What do you think? What would my guidelines be? How much time can I expect? Thank you.

Your questions tell me the following:

1. You don't have an attorney representing you;

2. You're not well qualified to practice law;

3. You'll get yourself in quite a mess if you try to represent yourself;

4. Therefore you need an attorney to protect you from the prosecutor and from yourself.
