A standard probation order term is "do not violate any criminal laws" ... so if loitering is a misdemeanor, that's violation of a criminal law. If it is a civil infraction (like speeding ... where no jail time is possible, only fines / costs), then that is not a violation of a criminal law. However, you need to closely read your probation order for how it lists your "Thou shalt not"s and review that with a lawyer.
