Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I am being violated for catching another Felony case while on Felony Probation.
My first charge was Grand Larceny, and I have a pending Possession of Marijuana with Intent to Deliver.
I am currently on tether, and I have gone to S.A.I. (Special Alternative Incarceration; also known as 'Boot Camp')
How should I go about all of this?
