Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
If I violated my felony probation wouldn't I be notified of this? If I was not notified that I violated would they issue a bench warrant or would they set a court date and would I be notified of that?

Sometimes the notification can be quite abrupt - involving an immediate change of living conditions on your part.
Give your probation officer a call to avoid this.
