Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

If I violated probation with forging my community service of 40 hours what can happen at my court date? If I complete the hours and have a job what will most likely happen? Also if I want to serve jail time and get off probation how long would I most likely serve? I have 4 months of misdemeanor probation left.

You can get up to 93 days in jail for the violation. I would hire a local attorney to assist you with this serious violation.

Any time you are convicted of a probation violation, the court re-sentences you and you face the possibility of the judge sentencing you to the maximum penalty available for your crime. You don't tell us what the misdemeanor was that you were convicted for so, unlike the first answer, I can't say that your maximum jail exposure is "93 days". Some misdemeanors carry 6-mo maximums, many carry 1-yr maximums. You also don't tell us if this is your first probation violation or 15th, what your prior record is, etc. Forging community service sheets is a fraud on the court, and is plain evidence of you just not respecting the terms of your probation. It is a slap in the court's face. You propose completing your service hours before you next see the judge -- and this is the smartest thing you could do.
