violation of protection order

my husband filed false charges against me and i was l arrested. the courts granted him an order of protection based on the lie of a threat he said i made. i contacted a divorce show to get a divorce, and now they say i've violated the order of protection. have I, even though i didn't make any direct contact. i really want a divorce from him he has been in and out jail for domestic violence against me since january.
