Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

I am in a violent relationship and recently kicked the man out of my house. I wish to get a PO and file for child support on his 2 children. But 4 years ago i was charged on a crime and recieved probation. I went to the initial setup but never went back. I have not been in any trouble since then and now also have my children to worry about and care for. This has been holding my back for some time on pressing charges but the other day it went TO far.I was wondering what is the best way to go about turning my self in, pressing charges, and how my new punishment will look like.

(My past charge I believe was unlawful use of transaction device. But honestly I cant remember.)

You should turn yourself in. More likely than not there's a warrant for your arrest from what you described as a probation violation. You can still get a PPO regardless. You should contact our law office and ask for Daniel Hajji 248.865.4700.
