i wanted to know what were the chances of me going to jail or how do i get out of this legal situation do i turn myself in to the police

What is the question or the problem?

If you have a warrant for your arrest, hire an attorney. if you are being investigated by the police, hire an attorney. If you're in some legal problem, hire an attorney.

You have not stated what crime you are accused of. If it is relatively minor (i.e. non-violent) turning yourself into the police will go a long way to getting a personal recognizance bond. Without further information, I can't say more.
