Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
I have a warrant for my arrest for open alcohol and want to clear this up...If I show up to court will they aresst me?

The warrant is because you failed to appear. Call the court and ask the clerk for details.

Quite possibly. You should contact an attorney to see about having you do a walk-in arraignment which alleviates the hassle of turning yourself into police, being booked in, and waiting for up to two or three days before you see a judge. It will also help you get a lower bond.
