Warrant for NSF over 100 under 500

i was just told of a warrant for NSF over 100 under 500 and i have no memory of this transaction and wondering what i will be charged with and how i can handle this matter?

NSF o/$100 but u/$500 is a misdemeanor and the maximium penalty is 1 year in jail and ??? in fines. Sorry I don't remember that one off the top of my head.

Without knowing what stage you are at it's hard to say how you should handle the matter. Talk to a local attorney and ask some questions about how the prosecutor typically handles these charges. Some will be lenient if you pay the check off in advance of your court date.

Uttering and Publishing is a different charge altogether.
