Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
warrant
in 2001 i received a m.i.p. i chose to go through a pre-trial diversion program. i paid the fine, but never went to the aa meetings. i was in the navy at the time. recently i was working and i was pulled over in my company truck and the cop told me that i had a extriditable warrant in florida. he didnt arrest me but said to take care of it. i work for a armored truck company, carry a gun, and del/pick up deposits from banks and stores.im not a bad person, just made a mistake when i was younger please help me take care of this
