Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

Warrants/Public record

I was told that someone I know has warrants out on them. I am wondering if warrants are a matter of public record and if so how do I go about finding out if someone has a warrant out for them.?

Re: Warrants/Public record

the best bet would be to call the police agency or court to determine if a warrant has been issued. The police always appreciate people coming forward to clear warrants, but dont forget to hire a local skilled criminal attorney first, because the police may try to extract vital damaging information. Warrants/Public record

Warrants are not public record. Many times police refuse to give out that information. Our attorneys are often sucessful in speaking with prosecuting attorneys of police officials to get the information for our clients. Read more about this at:
