Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Do warrents expire?
I went to court back in 2000 for having a open container in my car. The judge gave me a fine of $100. and I had to take a class about drinking and driving. When time came around for me to take this class I had moved out of state do to domistic relationship reasons. A few months later I received a post card stating that a warrent was put out for my arrest. Do warrents have experations or do they sit till you take care of them??
