Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
weapon charge
I was charged with carrying a concealed weapon. The gun wasn't loaded, but it was under my seat. I have no prior record. My attorney says got it knocked down to attempted. Can it be reduced to something like a high court misdemeanor, or something like that.

That is a question SOLELY for your attorney. You are represented by counsel and it's unethical for anyone else to knowingly give you advice when you are so represented.
