Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

will I go to jail for a first offense retail fraud that I have plead guilty to? I cannot afford to go to jail because I have a college program that requires daily participation, if I miss a day I will lose everything I have worked so hard for. I just need to know that I will not go to jail or even if I will.

But, you're not going to go to jail. Make sure you tell probation about your present educational requirements.
