Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Will I go to jail?
I was suppose to have don my community service, but I just nnow got around to doing it. My probation has come and gone and now I got a letter in the mail for me to appear in court for failing to complete it. Even if I have the community service done, will I still go to jail?
