with-without prejudice

Could someone please tell me the differance between ''cleared with prejudice, and cleared without prejudice. The case has to do with embezzelment.

Re: with-without prejudice

Assuming that you mean "dismissed with/without prejudice"; "with prejudice" is final and no further action can be taken while "without prejudice" means the prosecution can bring the case again.
