Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan

i work at the school as a cashier we got a new system as we all learned if you made a mistake you did a ajustment to fix your mistakes whicch i did our boss from charwells got fired and someone else took over as they too tried to learn the system they seen i made ajustments so they say i must have stold the money i cooperated in all to show them i did not steal anything that that was just how you fixed mistakes but it was sent to the police to figure it out because they could not it was then sent to the prosacutor which they said it was pending on a poligraph what does that mean ? the office called and wants to set one up and said if i dont do one they will issue a warrent IS that true what do i do?
