Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
one year ago they chared my friend of a crime form 22years ago that someone had already been charged the judge will not make the prosacuter give us were what month or year nothing there is no evidence the people said on thing then changed it and now changed it 22years later again and we are going to trial this week how can they do that the dna isent his the blood that shows std he dosent have i dont get it with no phyiscal evidence how can enyone tell me how
