Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
about one year ago i had a falling out with a friend. Within a month i started receiving emails and items in the mail from pampers and other baby-oriented companies. This friend signed me up for these items because at the time a recent exgirlfriend became pregnant and he knew that it bothered me. i unsubscribed from all the companies sending me emails however i have still been receiving items in the mail. over the past year, i have received 12-18 items through the mail; some addressed to me and others had my correct last name and address but a different first name was used. i saved at least 3 of the items i received in the mail. other than the items i have received, we have not contacted each other. i have made no attempt to contact him in any fashion in the past year. does this scenario constitute harassment?
