Legal Question in Criminal Law in Michigan
Six years ago I was arrested twice & both were misdemeanors. I was never convicted of either charge. They were both dismissed w/o prejudice. I'm trying to get into the National Guard but I was told by my recruiter that I have to get these dismissed with prejudice, how do I do this?

Your recruiter doesn't know the law or Army regs. If no action was taken in 6 years, no action will ever be brought. If you want the case "permanently" dismissed, you should contact the prosecutor to get it nolle prossed (i.e. the prosecutor's agreement never to bring the charges again).
