Harassment in the work place

My wife has been working for the same company for 10 years. ever since we got married less then a year ago, her boss has been watching her like a hawk and criticizing every thing she dose. She has always had great reviews and before we got married he would listen to her comments and suggestions for the business, now he is giving her the cold shoulder and she cant take the stress from him any more. Is there any thing she can do ?

She didn't compose this post. You did! When an adult woman has concerns about her work environment, she should feel strongly enough about it to contact an attorney or a civil rights agency. Absent this, most attorneys, including this one, are not interested.
