I Would Like Some Legal Advice For A Dispute Between My Family And A Online Game.

They Reside In Ireland I Live In The USA So I Know Laws Are Different Over There Which Is Why I'm Asking For Help On The Situation.

The Game Says 1 Account Per Person Which My Family Obeyed By.

Their Terms Of Agreement In The Game Their Trying To Terminate My Family On Is This:

'Hunted Cow Studios Ltd may, at their digression, terminate any game account with our without notice, without disclosing a reason for doing so. Under these circumstances any remaining time or services paid for will become null and void and any items on the character will be deleted.'

Now I Understand That Fully, However I Spent Over 400 US Dollars On This Game And For Them To Just Terminate Me Has Got To Fall Between Fraud And Conning.

They refused to refund my money nor to reinstate my account

But Before All This They Requested For Us To Identify Ourselves Which We All Did

However They Still Terminated Us After We Did.

We Submitted Social Security Numbers, Licenses, Birth Certficates And Even Asked To Speak To THeir Management For We Could Verify Through The Phone But They Refused To Give Us A Number

So I'd Like To Ask What You Think I Can Do Because My Family Did Nothing To Get Terminated From This Game And They Had No Reason To Terminate Us

Anything You Find That We Can Use Against Them Would Be Appreciated
