Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Michigan

I had a seven month relationship with my boss and every time I tried to get away from it he would make me suffer severely at work. Ridiculing me in front of clients, trying to turn co-workers against me, sending threatening texts. I finally broke it off for good and the barrage of texts came very soon after. I finally quit and he's now trying to withhold my check and deduct it for stupid things like sharpies and pens, or my name tag. I have already filed a harrassment suit against him for the texts and I would like to file a sexual harrassment suit as well. can I do that??
