overtime pay

work at a new car dealership, as a mechanic started in nov. 2004 recieved overtime pay after 40 hrs untill dec 2005 at that time they said they no longer had to pay overtime pay, i also come in early to help with snow removel. now they are asking me to work every 3rd saturday also for straight time, i recieve $12.00 hr no matter what i am working on or doing. is this legal?

No. There are laws about overtime. MI has the wage and hours division, they can help you on particulars, but you will definitely need documentation.
