Legal Question in Discrimination Law in Michigan

I purchased a car all paid in full, if my dad pays the insurance does that give him more ownership than me? he says he can take it away that the cops will give it to him instead of me even though i paid for it.

No, you legally own your car and this is the way your dad wants it as he doesn't have any liability for any misdeeds you may commit with it. He's kind enough to pay for your insurance.

He can save money and take you off his policy if you continue your ungracious attitude or he can kick you out of the house if you keep whining about it.
