72 hours
i was picked up on a bench warrent,i was issued 3 tickets on the night i was picked up.(one was a felony d.u.i.) i wasn't arraigned for 72days for the new charges.i was in custody for the whole time at another county jail which they transported me to. is not being arraigned within 72 hours or 14 days reason for dissmissil?
