Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

2nd dui in 3 years

My son had a dui 3 years ago he has complied with the conditions of probation but was recently arrested for dui. is there any way to address the court about extending his probation. I cant afford a lawyer this time around. Please help. He is 22 and finally on track except for this of course. Good job new son. Please help

There are many ramifications to receiving a second drunk driving within 7 years. Extending his probation is the least of his worries. If found guilty he may do jail time, have his drivers license revoked and still have probation after. Call a lawyer.

It sounds like your son can't afford to NOT hire a lawyer. In other words, he very much needs an attorney that is aggressive and experienced in fighting drunk driving charges. Read more about this at:
