Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

I'm 18 and just got my first OWI in the state of michigan, I blew a .11 and they found a very little amount of marijuana but they only wrote me a warning for that. Also before getting arrested for this I had a restricted license, but the officer never read me my miranda rights or even though I asked for a phone call 3 times I never got one. Overall i'm asking if there is anyway I can go through this and not get it on my record and also how much/what the penalties will be with my license and overall?

Finding yourself arrested for drunk driving in Michigan can be very emotional, especially if it is your first encounter with the criminal law system; and finding a good drunk driving attorney to defend you can be just as difficult.

Your first step should be finding a good drunk driving attorney to advance your best interests and to properly evaluate every issue (factual or legal) in your case. You will want someone who knows the Michigan drunk driving laws inside and out as well as defending your constitutional rights.

The second step is understanding the Michigan drunk driving laws and what happens after you are charged with an OWI/DUI/OUID after released from jail.

We can provide you information of the many ways to beat an OWI charge, the court rules and procedures, your constitutional rights and finally how to make an informed decision when hiring a OWI-OUID-DUI Attorney in Michigan
