Legal Question in DUI Law in Michigan

I am a 17 year old in michigan, i am in a SIL program and this past weekend I was blew a .10 on a breathalizer. Is there any way that I can fight this, or get the charges dropped?

You really can't fight. But, what you can do is make some kind of reparation for your misdeed before you get to the judge so that you can establish a reason for a merciful disposition.

I'd recommend 20 hours of voluntary (not court ordered) community service and 3-4 documented attendances at AA meetings before you get to see the judge.
