administering breathalyzers
can a person who takes a breathlyzer, from the same breathlyzer just issued to a drunk person end up with wrong readings?

Not if the machine was operating properly. Check the ticket that was printed out after your test. There should be a reference to "ambient zeroing" or "blank check". These are tests that are run before and after your tests to make sure that there is no alcohol in the breath chamber. Both results should be .00.
