bench warrant in michigan for a dui
in 2005 & 2006 i got two dui's and got a bench warrant for them, i now live in california and cant get a liscense how can i solve this problem from california? or do i have to return to m.i? if so will i be forced to stay there until courts and everything else is settled?

Where in Michigan did you get these dui's? That makes a difference.
You may likely need to return if you hope to get a license in California. I recently handled a similar case for a person living in Los Angeles, and was very successful. But in that case the judge required that he return.
