Bond Hearing Question
I have plead guilty to OPR while Intoxicated and am awaiting sentencing that is set for October 16th. I was ordered to report daily to take a PBT as part of my bond, and made two mistakes: 1. I blew numbers (.038) one morning and also missed a Sunday session because my car broke down and the hours I could blow were limited. I now have a bond hearing set for September 25th. Is it highly likely the judge will put me in jail for 21 days until my sentencing date? What else could happen? I have one DUI prior that occured 8 years ago and no other convictions on my record. I am gainfully employed in a steady job. Thanks!

Re: Bond Hearing Question
It is impossible for any attorney to predict the outcome of your case. It makes it even more difficult since we don't anything about your case. Why aren't you asking your own attorney these questions. If you've entered a guilty plea without an attorney, you're stupid and foolish and need to answer your own questions.
